This Christmas, Minster Care Group is proud to turn a festive celebration into a meaningful community impact through our Carol-Themed Christmas campaign.
Throughout the festive season, our homes centred activities and events around a different famous carol each week, creating moments of joy, connection, and shared celebration for residents, families, and team members alike.
Music played a powerful role in bringing people together, evoking memories, encouraging participation, and spreading Christmas spirit across our homes.
Wanting to extend this positivity beyond our walls, we invited our wider community to take part by engaging with our festive social media posts. Through every like and share, we collectively raised £796, which has been donated to Age UK and Dementia UK.
These donations will help support older people and those living with dementia, ensuring vital services, advice, and specialist care continue to reach those who need them most.
