About Florence Grogan House
Florence Grogan House is a purpose-built 40-bed home providing residential, dementia, respite, and palliative care with an understanding that the needs of our residents change over time. The well-being of our residents is our principal priority and we support them with person-centered care plans and encourage them to participate in daily ongoing activities that are unique and recreational. The home features many communal spaces like lounges for residents to relax, watch television or spend time socialising and enjoying a varied activities programme.
Our comfortable dining spaces are perfect for a home-cooked meal served fresh and hot by our culinary team. The home has other amenities like a Salon to pamper residents with treatments by visiting professionals, and outdoor spaces including a terrace and garden with seating to relax outside on a good weather day.
Florence Grogan House is one mile away from the historical heritage city of Chester with its excellent cultural and shopping facilities. There are a good variety of local shops and a library within walking distance. We are located close to local attractions like Chester Zoo, Blue Planet Aquarium, and the countryside of the Welsh border.
