About Elm House
Situated close to the heart of the historic market town of Nantwich, Elm House is a purpose-built home offering residential, dementia, respite, and palliative care for the elderly. Additionally, at certain times the home also offers daycare services. The home features 39 bedrooms that are bright, airy, and fully furnished. We encourage our residents to bring their belongings that can give their personal touch to the rooms making them more homely and comfortable.
The home features plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces including a choice of lounges, dining areas, a salon room, and an enclosed courtyard for residents to relax and enjoy their day. The home’s landscaped gardens and outdoor terrace are ideal for warmer days. Elm House offers a happy, homely environment with a team of dedicated staff who go over and above to meet resident needs. The home offers person-tailored care, with the understanding each person has their own specific needs and preferences to ensure each resident lives a fulfilling and happy life.
