In May 2025, our care homes across the UK proudly took part Dementia Action Week, creating countless meaningful moments for residents, families, and local communities.

Dementia Action Week is a vital campaign led by the Alzheimer’s Society to encourage people to act on dementia. It aims to raise awareness and support those living with dementia and their families. At Minster Care Group, we believe in delivering person-centred care that celebrates every individual’s story, and Dementia Action Week gives us the perfect opportunity to showcase that belief in action.
