About The Meadows
The Meadows is a purpose-built care home located in a modern housing development in Haverhill. Haverhill is a market town situated on the border of Essex and Cambridgeshire with an array of local shops and amenities in the area. Our person-tailored care approach supports the residents with 24/7 care suitable to their care needs. The Meadows offers a flexible range of residential, dementia respite, or end-of-life care for the elderly. Our trained and dedicated team of nurses and carers ensure to maintain the best standards of care always.
The Meadows is a purpose-built home comprising 55 en-suite rooms over two floors; the rooms are fully furnished and residents can bring their belongings like photos or mementos to give their personal touch to their living space. Our home promotes various therapeutic and relaxing activities at home for our residents’ mental and physical well-being. Residents can pursue their hobbies in our communal and quiet lounges where they can watch television, listen to music, or perhaps have some reading time. Our beautiful garden offers outdoor seating for residents to enjoy the summer days.
The Meadows offers a happy, homely environment with a team of dedicated staff who go over and above to meet resident needs. The home offers person-tailored care, alongside a full lifestyle programme to enable residents to live a healthy and happy life with us. We understand each person has their own specific needs and preferences and we incorporate these choices both into our care plans and daily routines.
