About Hourigan House

Hourigan House is located in West Leigh, Lancashire. It is a purpose-built home accommodating a spacious 40 bedrooms including some with en-suite facilities. To make our residents feel more comfortable and homely, we encourage residents who wish to bring homely items to make their space feel more familiar. The home is spread across two floors offering a choice of communal areas including four lounge spaces for residents to spend their time during the day.

Our comfortable dining rooms offer home-cooked meals served fresh and all diets are catered for. The daily activities are designed to meet residents’ interests and are conducted in the activities lounge at home. A salon in the home is open for residents to get pampered with treatments by professionals visiting regularly. In the summer months, the outdoor garden area with various seating options becomes an ideal spot to enjoy the weather and indulge in outdoor activities. The team supports with 24/7 care and assistance. The home is located in proximity to the local market, country park, shops, and Leigh town with an array of garden centers, pubs, and restaurants to spend a day out in the community.
