With an increasingly ageing population, the pressure to provide more options for care provision with state-of-the-art facilities is mounting. At Minster, we endeavor to stay ahead of this curve. With over 60 homes under our management in 23 cities, we are constantly seeking to expand our care capacity.
As part of our ongoing efforts to expand our quality services across the UK, new acquisitions and refurbishments to our existing homes are a priority on our agenda. We believe this is a testament to the strong relationships Minster Care has established over the past two-and-a-half decades. A key component of our business development strategy is to identify new homes that have the potential to, with the Minster touch, provide optimum care to our future residents.
We’ve recently acquired the following homes and are excited for what the future holds for our residents....
Minster Ealing Homes
We are pleased to announce that Minster won the tender to manage four care homes on behalf of Ealing Council and became the registered operator on 2 March 2020 of Chestnut Lodge, Elm Lodge, Sycamore Lodge and Martin House. Minster took over from Optivo Housing Association under an 18-year contract allowing Optivo to concentrate on other core areas of their business. Minster is delighted to retain all the existing staff at the homes and warmly welcomes them to the Minster family.
Minster CEO, Mahesh Patel, said: “Our motivation is to make a positive difference to the residents at each of these care homes, by providing staff with access to our wealth of experience. We would like to thank Optivo for the great platform we have to build upon due to their admirable work at each of the homes. We believe the award of this tender to us is recognition of the trust that we have built up through the comprehensive, advanced and specialist care our staff deliver to our residents every day. We are looking forward to a long and productive partnership with Ealing Council over the years to come.”
