Colin Farebrother

Colin is a Registered Nurse and has worked in the care sector, both in elderly care and in learning disabilities services, for over 20 years.
Colin oversees and is supported by an experienced team of Regional Managers and support staff.

Paul Nicholls is a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a Specialist Practitioner degree in Community Psychiatric Nursing.
He brings extensive experience and in-depth knowledge in supporting individuals with Dementia and mental health needs, making him a key leader in delivering high-quality, person-centred care across our services.
