Lakelands Care Home is a purpose-built home located in Wigan, Cheshire. The home provides a flexible range of residential, dementia, palliative, and respite care with an understanding that needs can change over time.

It is spread over two floors with 40 bedrooms out of which seven feature ensuite facilities. Our qualified team provides person-tailored care, focuses on residents’ well-being with recreational and therapeutic activities, and supports residents while maintaining their independence as much as possible.

Lakelands offers its residents a wide range of lifestyle activities that are ongoing each week and provides the hub for the home’s lifestyle programme. Some activities include:
