About The Lakes
The Lakes Care Home is a purpose-built home on the same ground as Duncote Hall Care Home. The home specialises in providing a range of residential, dementia, and respite care for the elderly. It is a beautiful care home set on eight acres of well-tendered gardens. It is two miles down the road from the Roman town of Towcester with a variety of local shops and attractions.
This modern home features 47 spacious en-suite bedrooms across two floors.
The privacy of our en-suite rooms ensures residents maintain their own dignity whilst having the security of knowing a professional caring hand is always available. Additionally, the home features ample communal areas like lounges, dining areas, an activities room, a salon, an enclosed courtyard with an outdoor terrace, and lovely gardens with seating for residents to enjoy and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle. Our skilled team considers of unique needs of each resident to design their personalised care plan.
Our team is passionate and works their best to keep residents active with a lifestyle programme and our activities room is a perfect spot for residents to spend their time taking part in activities. The Lakes offers a happy, homely environment with a team of dedicated staff who go over and above to meet resident needs. The home offers person-tailored care, alongside a full lifestyle programme to enable residents to live a healthy and happy life with us. We understand each person has their own specific needs and preferences. we incorporate these choices both into our care plans and daily routines.
