We are dedicated and passionate about the care of the elderly. Our focus is always on quality to ensure we can support the care home team and deliver the best possible care at all times. Karam Court is a 47 bedded residential home for service users with predominantly dementia needs. It is a 3 storey purpose built home with all rooms en-suite.

Karam Court is accessible by various public transports and car parking for visitors is available. We are close to major motorways and rail networks.

We pride ourselves on having enclosed picturesque gardens complete with water features and continually strive to maintain our gardens to a high standard. Each room is decorated to an extremely high standard with luxurious fixtures and fittings with stylish and contemporary furnishings. All rooms come with television and telephone points and are equipped with all the latest safety features.

We have 5 lounges for service users to relax and socialise in, service users are free to choose whichever lounge they wish. We have a 42 in flat screen TV complete with Wi Fi. Each lounge has comfortable seating and opulent decor.
